Moreover, there is a greater opportunity for employees, who often telecommute, to travel to different countries regularly. The highest percentage is found in the North America. In spite of the fact that there are essential benefits, many businesses are afraid of cost of supporting telecommuting, which is too high. They are able to send millions of dollar a year on real estate, because they provide their employees with an opportunity to work at home.
